I’ve been with Tom Howley for seven years, building on a background in interior design and experience working across furniture, soft furnishings and kitchen projects. What I love most is shaping a brief, asking the right questions, understanding how clients live and solving the design puzzle so the final space feels beautiful, functional and truly personal. I never lose sight of the trust clients place in us, and I focus on guiding them clearly and confidently through every stage. It’s incredibly rewarding to create kitchens shaped around real lives and individual style.

Michelle

I’ve been designing kitchens for over ten years, after first studying interior design and working in new-build homes. What I love most is listening to how clients want to live, exploring ideas together and shaping a space that feels personal and completely right for them. There’s nothing better than that ‘wow’ moment when a design clicks — and with Tom Howley’s craftsmanship behind every project, it’s a privilege to help create spaces that truly enhance everyday life.
